Skipping is an outdoor group activity that is great for children. It is lots of fun and helps children learn coordination and timing of jumping.

What you need:
- Long skipping rope
Activity:
Two kids turn the rope in full circles.
Players line up on one side of the rope.
One at a time the players run under the turning rope, without jumping they then run out the other side of the rope.
Once players run out of the rope, they run around the back of the rope holder and line up on the other side ready to go again.
Players run through continuously without leaving gaps in between the next person that runs through.
